I have lots of little goodies that would look pretty in the center of that snowflake. My mind is reeling with possibilities now!<BR/><BR/>My mom always wanted one of us to have a December or January wedding with bridesmaids wearing red or green velvet and carrying poinsettias or white muffs, just like in White Christmas. I loved the image, but the reality of Chicago winters set in, and it never happened. Plus, neither husband was interested in a winter wedding! I learned early on not to bother with “Preview” and just go straight to “Publish” - then go back and “Edit”. But when I try to edit, the spacing looks OK in the ‘Compose’ area – so I can’t make the spacing any tighter. I haven't tried 'overlapping' the photos! My problem is I don’t understand HTML at all! Scares me just to look at it! How does anyone learn HTML? It reminds me of looking under the hood of a car and not wanting to go there! I appreciate the interest in the shoes! I have to decipher my drawings from back in 1993, then figure out how to make them clear to everyone – including myself!Kathy Niklewiczhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03471658272689112787noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7565269898418464234.post-42319578411643710862009-01-16T13:24:00.000-08:002009-01-16T13:24:00.000-08:00And they are all beautiful! When you are in the html mode, start your post right after the /a end of the graphic. When you are done with the paragraph, enter one line and that's all. If you have a very very short post next to a photo, you can put a line or two in before you start the entry and that might center it, but most of the time, when it publishes, the text goes down further than you think. In preview, it will show the pics overlapping but when it publishes, they are usually pushed down under each other if they are all oriented on the same side. One of the best (though tedious) ways to understand how it works is to keep going back to the "edit blog post" and enter/delete empty lines, publishing and editing, until you get it the way you want. You'll eventually figure out what works best.Ginahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17127914310809216760noreply@blogger.com
